All Saints Day

Happy All Saints Day! So I went to Mass this morning like a good Catholic. One of the things that has really hit me recently is the Sanctus. The priest says, "And so we join the angels and saints in proclaiming your glory:" and we respond:

Holy, holy, holy Lord, God of power and might,
Heaven and earth are full of your glory.
Hosanna in the highest.
Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.
Hosanna in the highest.

It is just amazing to me that were really are singing this to God with all the angels and the saints. They are standing in the presence of God and we are in the presence of God in the Blessed Sacrament! It is just amazing!
